President
Before founding North Bay Associates, Mike served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Message Secure Corporation, a managed security services and compliance assurances provider to regulated businesses. Mike joined MSC to transition it from a start-up with less than 20 clients to a growth stage company. While at Message Secure, Mike refined the company strategy to focus on high value verticals, restructured the sales organization to reflect changing market conditions, developed effective sales training programs, managed all business development initiatives, implemented a new CRM system to enhance reporting and productivity, and led the company's first effort to secure venture funding. Previously, Mike served as Director of Business Development and Eastern Operations with DDI, the fastest growing and most profitable quick turn contract manufacturer of its time, where he developed and executed a sales plan to exceed company requirements Earlier in his career, Mike served in senior sales and business development roles at Cuplex, Inc., Aero DDL and Rogers Corporation. Mike has a BS in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University. |

Vice President, Business Development
Rob brings strong strategic and tactical sales skills to the North Bay team. Before joining North Bay Associates in 2007, Rob was a key contributor to the growth of Message Secure, a managed security services and compliance assurances provider to regulated businesses. He joined MSC at startup and served in various roles from Sales Representative, Sales Engineer, Sales Manager and ultimately as Director of Sales for the Private Express division. Rob traveled extensively for Message Secure helping to facilitate aggressive sales growth in key territories such as California, Texas and the Midwest. Prior to MSC, Rob sold technology products and services for ImageLink, Tartan Technical and Bang & Olufsen. Rob studied Marketing at the School of Management at Syracuse University. |

Vice President, Sales
Tom has enjoyed 20 years of sales success selling in a variety of industries. Before joining North Bay Associates, Tom was Director of Sales, Northeast Region, with Message Secure Corporation, a managed security services and compliance assurances provider to regulated businesses. Tom's responsibilities included opening up new territories and establishing effective sales processes and practices. Before joining Message Secure, Tom was a channel sales manager with a beverage wholesaler. Earlier in his career Tom held various positions in sales and channel management in the beverage and industrial equipment markets. Tom has a Business Management degree from Lasalle University. |

Vice President, Sales - Western Region
Robert has over 12 years of successful selling experience in the Information Technology Industry. Before joining North Bay Associates, he was a Western Regional Sales Manager with Message Secure Corporation, a managed security services and compliance assurances provider to regulated businesses. During his time at MSC, Robert was instrumental in building and maintaining the Western Region. He opened new sales territories, developed relationships with strategic reseller and channel partners. Robert’s commitment to trust and integrity has allowed him to build strong relationships and partnerships with clients. Robert trained and mentored new sales executives and led by example becoming a top sales performer. Before joining Message Secure, Robert was an Account Manager for Ingram Micro, the world’s largest wholesale provider of technology products and services. Robert is based in Orange County California and holds a BS in Business Management from California State University, Long Beach. |
